Onsite Support Model - With the Onsite support model the entire project is carried out at client site. This engagement model is particularly designed for clients who would like to be more involved with the project management process or for clients that deals with the sensitive information that cannot leave the site. This engagement model is also ideal for clients who don’t want to recruit and train full time resources.
Advantage of Onsite Support Model: Face to face dealing for project control. Better communication between client and partner. Cost of additional ERP resource is saved.
Blended Mode Support Model – This support model offers client’s mixture of remote and client based support depending on the nature of the support requirement. Client gets unlimited offsite support and parallel to that channel partner provides a dedicated resource on call basis if there will be any critical issues which need immediate attention.
Advantage of Blended Mode Support Model: Best of both worlds- The client gets advantage of dedicated team both Offsite and Onsite.
